We ordered 2 of these for board members retiring and they were excellent. They are heavy and good quality. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because I asked how tall the base was to see if we could get a plate for it. I was told it was very small but it was big enough for a plate after I received it.

Baudville's recognition and awards selection is great. The personalization feature is appreciated as it does bring just the little extra touch. The clock's are my "go to" items.
The customer experience is excellent. They are fast and offer different shipment options.
The one suggestion, I have is to allow the customer to select if the lettering will be monochromatic or to have it back-filled. I would much prefer to have a back-fill option listed on the menu.
