We stand behind our products, period. If you need to return an unused , non-personalized or non-custom product for any reason, we’ll be happy to credit your account, exchange the item, or give you a refund for the cost of the merchandise, if returned within 30 days from receipt of your order. We do not facilitate returns on orders that have been personalized, customized, or special ordered. A proof prior to purchase will be sent to you. Please look over the proof carefully and make sure all is CORRECT before you send approval. Approval is needed before production begins. If you have an issue with these products, please email us atservice@baudville.comand let us know! We’d be happy to try and work something out if it is not up to the quality standards we stand by.
Simply follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip; then send the merchandise and packing slip back to Baudville; it's that easy! We recommend that you return your package by a carrier that requires a signature (FedEx, UPS, or Certified US Mail). Please retain tracking information until credit has been received.
