Love the Tokens!!
We love the tokens! We use them for a customer service incentive program -one token for every time a client calls you out by name for going above and beyond your job! Our employees love collecting and displaying their tokens. Some become magnets - some are simply stacked on desks like trophies!

Small but significant
We used these as part of a celebration for far-exceeding our group goals. These were smaller than I expected (didn't look at the measurements) but the weight and quality still made them seem substantial.
